Babich Family Estate Headwaters organic Block Sauvignon Blanc 2010 - $26.95

The nose presents as clean and flinty with mineral pretty floral notes and kiwifruit also. There is a lovely purity of texture and an attractive fleshiness in the mouth. Clean, crisp acids are augmented by mineral notes and wholesome flavours notably melon and granny smith apples. Honey dew melon lingers on the finish. Winemaker

Sarantos Soft Press Sauvignon Blanc 2011 - $16.99

The 2010 Sarantos Sauvignon Blanc is a pale straw colour with lime hues. The nose is intense with aromas of passionfruit, gooseberry and a hint of herbs. The palate shows ripe tropical flavour, with good mid palate sweetness and lingering berry fruits. The wine is medium bodied and finishes long, fresh and crisp. Winemaker

Two in the Bush Semillon Sauvignon Blanc 2011 - $22

Brilliant water like colour with watery hue. Aromas of melon, herbaceous gooseberry and citrus. The palate displays good textural qualities with melon flavours to the fore followed by some gooseberry and lime. Relatively soft acid finish for a 2011 wine. Moderate aftertaste of melon and gooseberry.

The winemakers at Devil's lair have sought out some of the finest vineyards hidden within Margaret River to create this exemplary blend of sauvignon blanc and semillon.

Voyager estate Chenin Blanc 2010 - $25

The warm and extended ripening period experienced during the 2010 vintage has delivered an outstanding example of Voyager Estate Chenin Blanc. 

Made with fruit sourced from two Estate blocks, including 32-year old original vines, this wine is pale straw in colour with light green tinges. It is a vibrant expression of tropical fruits and honeydew melon on the nose, while the palate displays lovely weight and intense fruit flavours of citrus, guava and honeydew melon, balanced with fresh acidity and a moderately sweet finish.
