spanish ham

Casademont Jamon Serrano Ham - aged 16 months

Jamon Serrano 16 months Reserve Leg Casademont Serrano Jamón is the ham that the Spanish eat everyday. With a delicate aroma, sweet flavour, full mouth feel, silky buttryness and fresh finish it is a classic day to day jamón that the Spanish use to fill a bocadillo (bread roll), finish a fish or potato dish or just enjoy in a small piece as a snack with an icy cold beer or glass of wine. Casademont Serrano Jamón is sourced from all female pigs (pork lovers understand that female pigs have sweeter meat) that have been fed a mix of grains and acorns. The jamóns have been cured for 16 months giving the jamón a fresher sweeter flavor

cheese

Queso Manchego - Spanish Shepp Milks Cheese

A hard cheese from the Castilla-La Mancha region. Made from sheep milk, it is slightly salty and often served with ham.
